Natural Cancer Protocol

Suggested Diet: Alkaline, nutrient-dense, easy-to-digest

  • Focus on natural, organic, whole foods (to avoid carcinogenic pesticides and additives and the nutrient depletion associated with processed foods, including processed sugar)
  • As many fruits and veggies as desired (particularly raw for enzymes and maximum nutrition)
  • Veggie-based proteins (nuts, seeds, sprouted whole grains, brown rice)
  • Pure water, fresh fruit and vegetable juices, and herbal teas
  • Avoid animal protein (including cheese, milk, meat and poultry). Once a week, fish, eggs, and/or goat’s milk yogurt if desired.
  • Avoid caffeine or alcohol; minimize fat, minimize gluten

Suggested Vitamins and Supplements:

  • Powdered Greens – Nutrient-dense superfood
  • Probiotics (at least 20 billion live organisms per day) – Helps support healthy elimination and immune function
  • Protease therapy between meals – Dissolves fibrin coating on cancer cells allowing immune defenses to work more effectively
  • Digestive enzymes and betaine hydrochloric acid with meals to aid protein digestion (cancer is a protein)
  • Essential Fatty Acids (Omega 3s) to reduce inflammation
  • Mycotaki® or Mycoferon® contain medicinal mushroom complex (maitake mushrooms have been shown to be particularly tumor-fighting) – Can intervene in cancer progression
  • Blood oxygenator (Cell Food) – Disease is anaerobic and does not thrive in oxygenated environment
  • Vitamin C (Bio-Enrg C from www.longevityplus.com) – 5,000mg / day or to bowel tolerance
  • B Complex (Glycogenics®) (Brewer’s yeast is the best food-based source)
  • Oxygenics® antioxidant formula to protect against free radical damage or Meta Lipoate® 300 Alpha Lipoic Acid for direct free radical scavenging
  • Shark Cartilage – Some research has shown success in cutting off blood supply to tumors

Lifestyle and Tips:

  • Light excercise a few times a week (a walk, or yoga, for example) to keep the lymph system moving; also can reduce stress
  • Morning sunlight for 15 minutes can be healing
  • Enemas for purification
  • One meal per day in liquid form to give the digestion a break allowing the body more energy for healing. Nutrient-rich Smoothie – Almond milk, organic frozen berries, banana, greens, brewer’s yeast, ground flaxseed or flaxseed oil. Can add stevia or agave for sweetness if desired.
  • A great cook book is Clean Food, with many recipes that support the diet
  • Avoid stress as much as possible. Simplify. Meditate. Journal.
  • Visualization and guided imagery can encourage the immune system
