30-Day Cleanse (can be maintained as lifestyle diet)

Focus on a reduced fat, high fiber, whole foods diet (organic recommended):

Fruits, vegetables, gluten-free whole grains, beans, seeds, nuts, lean meats (free-range if possible), eggs, goat dairy, plain yogurt, olive, flaxseed, grapeseed oil, apple cider vinegar, herbal teas, fresh fruit-vegetable juices

Foods to avoid:

Processed foods, gluten (wheat), cow dairy, refined sugars, alcohol, caffeine, pork, cold cuts, peanuts, cashews, non-dairy creamers, margarine, shortening, refined oils, soda, fruit juice

Foods to minimize (once or twice per week):

Soy, corn, white potatoes, nightshade vegetables (tomatoes, red and green peppers, corn, eggplant), cottage cheese, butter, other vegetables oils and vinegars, red meat, no sugar added pure juice

14-Day Cleanse

Reduced fat, high fiber, whole foods diet (organic recommended):

Fruits, vegetables, gluten-free whole grains, beans, seeds, nuts, olive, flaxseed, grapeseed oil, apple cider vinegar, herbal teas, fresh fruit-vegetable juices

Foods to avoid:

5-7 Day Cleanse

Reduced fat, high fiber, whole foods diet (organic recommended):

Fruits, vegetables, olive, flaxseed, or grapeseed oil, apple cider vinegar, herbal teas, fresh fruit-vegetable juices, Braggs Liquid Amino Acids, broth soups; brown rice with dinner only

Foods to avoid:

Processed foods, gluten (wheat), cow dairy, refined sugars, alcohol, caffeine, pork, cold cuts, peanuts, cashews, non-dairy creamers, margarine, shortening, refined oils, soda, fruit juice, lean meats (free-range if possible), eggs, goat dairy, plain yogurt, soy, corn, white potatoes, nightshade vegetables (tomatoes, red and green peppers, corn, eggplant), cottage cheese, butter, other vegetables oils and vinegars, red meat, no sugar added pure juice, gluten-free whole grains, beans, seeds, nuts

1-3 Day Cleanse (liquid only)

Herbal teas, fresh fruit-vegetable juices, broth soups, 8-10 glass of purified water daily, powdered greens

High Mineral Broth: 7 carrots, 7 celery stalks, beet tops from 2 bunch, 2 potatoes, 1 onion, 4 garlic cloves, 3 zucchini, 1 handful parsley. Place in soup pot, cover with water, bring to a boil, simmer 30 minutes. Remove and discard veggies. 2 day supply. Store in fridge, covered.

Cleansing Body Work

Dry skin brush, Epsom salt baths, steam / sauna, massage, walking with arms swinging for lymphatic drainage, gentle yoga

Mind/Spirit Cleansing Work

Meditation, Journaling, Deep Breathing
